2.1 The Provider shall sell and the Passenger shall purchase the Service in accordance with any quotation or offer by the Provider which is accepted by the Passenger, or any reservation of the Passenger which is accepted by the Provider subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 When a booking is made this will constitute an offer by the Passenger to receive the Service in accordance with these terms, and shall only be deemed accepted when the Provider issues a confirmation.
2.3 By placing a reservation by telephone, website (www.friendlylondoncars.com) or any other means the Passenger accepts these terms and conditions.
2.4 Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the Provider in relation to the Service are subject to alteration without notice, and do not constitute offers to sell the service, which are capable of acceptance. No contract for the offer of service shall be binding on the Provider unless the Provider has accepted a reservation placed by the Passenger.
2.5 Any typographical, clerical or other errors in quotations, price lists or any other literature shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Provider.
2.6 Where the Provider has quoted a price for Service other than the price in the Providers published price list the price quoted shall be valid for 24 hours, or such other time as specified by the Provider.
2.7 The Provider reserves the right, by giving notice to The Passenger at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the service to reflect any increase in the cost to the Provider, such as but without limitation, alteration of duties, change in delivery dates, failure of Passenger to give adequate information.
2.8 The Provider reserves the right to use the services of contractors or sub-contractors (herein known as third parties) to provide services to Passengers.
2.9 Reservations made on the following dates will be subject to a surcharge of 50% on published prices 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January.
